The Sydney Cricket Ground is one of Australia's premier sporting venues for Test Cricket, One Day International cricket, and the home ground for AFL side Sydney Swans.
Located in the suburb of Moore Park, the SCG was established in the mid-1800s and is steeped in rich sporting history. Over the years, it has been the host of many sports including Rugby Union/League, tennis, baseball, football and even motor racing.
With a seating capacity close to 50,000, the atmosphere within the stadium is electric, making it one of Sydney's favourite sporting arenas. There are daily tours that take a look behind the scenes historical journey through the Sydney Cricket Ground.
