Museum of Sydney

The Museum of Sydney built by NSW's first Governor, Captain Arthur Phillip in 1788 is located on one of the city's most historic sites.

The governors' records, furniture and many other possessions are displayed and the museum extends over three floors, exhibiting colonial history and indigenous culture.
