At this point you may be a little confused... this isn't number 10. on the list, I know... but I don’t want you to miss out on all of the info on the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival that is on in sydney at the Convention and Exhibition Centre from Thursday 4 - Sunday 7 May 2006.
So i bet your wondering - as was i before a little investigation - Why should I be interested in all of this Hippy Crap?
Well, I could pretty much copy and paste the promotional stuff that is up on the site, but you can read that for yourself. Here's how I've been thinking about it: I like to feel healthy, there are lots of things that I (and pretty much everyone else I know) do that are certainly not healthy and while being fun and an immediate source of pleasure or indulgence, in the long term damage my health.
However, it's not just a day where you pay a reasonable sum for a guilt trip and then go home to sit in front of "Biggest Loser" re-runs with a may-as-well-be-empty tub of ice cream congealing next to empty pizza boxes. No! Its not all about the most basic lifestyle enhancement, there are heaps of demonstrations and seminars on, here are some of the pick of the bunch:
* The Symbolic & Spiritual Language Of Animals
* Reading Faces To Enrich Your Personal &
Business Relationships
* Master Your Mind Through Self Hypnosis
* Dru Yoga – Find The Real & Unlimited You
* Spellcrafting & Magical Spells
and many, many more
I pretty much just picked out a few of the humorous ones, there are many beneficial seminars, demonstrations, exhibitions, products and services that will ensure that pretty much everyone will walk away felling at least a little spiritually enriched for having gone.
