One of the many Aussie kings of comedy, Akmal Saleh is (almost) a household name. Akmal is a man of many words, and the strength of his comedy lies in the way he approaches issues that usually require a politically correct spin, he doesn’t water them down, rather makes the audience question the very nature of their thinking, this from this website:
Akmal continually displays an incredible ability to deal with hot topics in a non-offensive way, as he touches on issues such as religion, terrorism and hysterical looks at modern day life in Australia.
Akmal's success is also marked by where he has been, not only appearing at the recent Melbourne comedy festival, but also appearances on TV shows such as The Footy Show, Rove, The Glass House and on Triple M, 2 Day FM and Triple J radio.
So get your laughing shoes on and head down to the Enmore Theatre on Friday, 8th September at around 8.00 and check out Akmal! Tickets are $35 for adults and $30 for students, seniors, the unemployed and young’ns. Book Tickets here.
