Flipping out over Akido
Ever wanted to learn a martial art but couldn't decide on a discipline? Well this may be for you, its a Free introduction and demo of the Akido fighting technique.
Deadly, fluid and practical Akido can be used for combat and self defense. Universally employing the body or weaponry, it is practiced by the Tokyo Police Force and Steven Segal.
