AFL Sydney Swans vs Brisbane Lions

Of any sport played professionally here in Australia, nothing quiet embodies our passion, spirit and character like the game of Australian Rules football. I'm not a passionate fan; it’s not typically a code that I have much interest in at all really. However, it does have a certain something that makes it uniquely, and typically, Australian. Not convinced? Well, here's an example - is there any other sport that you can think of where get points just for being close to scoring? Sort of like, "good try mate, here's a point for trying".
Considering the code is based in Victoria now is definitely a time to be proud to be from Sydney. Not only is Sydney off the back of winning last years premiership, but the swans are also running fourth at the moment (check the current stats and standings on yahoo7! sport).
The swans are playing in Sydney on Saturday the 26th of August against the Brisbane Lions at Telstra Stadium and with the Lions currently running at 11th, it should be a good show of Sydney muscle. You can book tickets for the game at the Ticket site. Prices range from $16 (student/pensioner in the alcohol free zone) to $171 for a family in the Premium zone, so the tickets are fairly nicely priced.
